how change editor direction

I have a question: how to change the direction of the editor tools to the right

It should follow the direction specified in the Language settings in the AdminCP. Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager. Edit the Language.

If you want just the editor to be RTL, then you will need to edit the templates and set the direction directly in the HTML.
