Publish to Facebook Not Working

1. When user click on Publish to Facebook (Allow us to publish to your facebook feed) it come up with the below error.

Could not get permission to publish to Facebook. Either the request was declined or this site is not allowed to request that permission.

But if i click on the same link as admin it works fine, is it that it working for me only because i created the facebook app. Please how can i make it work for every user?

Am i getting anything settings wrong on FB or in admincp?

2. Enable Auto-Register is check on Admincp
But when user try to register with facebook, the forum still request they fill the singup form. Please i want it to be auto register with facebook without filling the form.
Any Fix for this?

1) You need to modify your App on Facebook and request this permission. Once approved by Facebook, the Publish to Facebook will be available.

2) That is how it works in vBulletin 5 at this time.
