Can you recommend me a host that can hosts vb5 for sure?

Pretty much any host except for GoDaddy and Network Solutions. Both them have terrible server configurations and ridiculous bottlenecks on their servers.

I changed the host and the guys there (they looks professionals) have installed the vBulletin 5.3.4 and gave me the admin username and the pass, but I can not sign in as a admin. The guys also were not able to sign in, and they said to me to ask you for this problem.
Why we can not sign in?

My guess is they gave you an incorrect username and / or password.

Upload the tools.php file from the "Do Not Upload" folder to your admincp.
Upload the install folder to /core
            Navigate to the site URL.
            Enter the customer password.
            Create a new administrator account.
Delete the tools.php file and the install folder.
Login using the new account and edit the username and / or password of the User ID1 account.
Either delete the new administrator account or assign it no permissions or use it for another purpose if you like.

What is the error presented? That is probably the most crucial piece of information.

There is no error presented. When I put up the username and pass and try to sign in, it happens nothing... the page becomes white and ask me gain for username and pass.

Then that user isn't an admin for some reason... Follow these steps.
                  1. Upload tools.php from your vBulletin's do_not_upload directory. Place it in /core/admincp/
                  2. Upload /core/install from the vBulletin upload directory.
                  3. Visit tools.php in your browser - http://yoursite.xyz/vbulletinpath/admincp/tools.php
                  4. Enter your Customer Number
                  5. Choose the tool to elevate a user to Administrator ('Reset admin access for a user')
                  6. Enter the username provided.
                  7. Delete /core/install
                  8. Delete /core/admincp/tools.php
                  9. Does it work now?
