[Bug / Issue] Can not delete a channel and it doesnt shows in list like the others on forum hompage

Hi !

..as title
till yesterday I was creating Channels , New forum , Sub forums etc on my new Vbulletin 5.3.2
Today I've created a new channel as pic

It doesnt shows in the list on forum homepage like the other and I can not delete it to try to create it from scratch
..if I try to delete I get an error message like this :

That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.

any ideas ??

Move it so it's under one of the existing forum categories and see if it appears then.
If so, try deleting it.

In French, I receive "Vous ne pouvez pas supprimer les noeuds d'infraction." , don't know the en-GB term, probably "You can not delete the offense nodes."
