Hello. We can not import Hook.
We do not know if it can be for file permissions or another reason.

He probado tres productos; Tapatalk, y dos de Glen Rock que me había descargado para una prueba.

He creado un video para que pueda verlo, creo que no hay datos personales.

Se sale de la página en blanco, o esperar ... Entonces, cuando los productos refrescantes y entran instalados, si está instalado, pero no funciona.

The product has not completely installed. Check the error logs for any possible error messages.

Also try uploading the xml file directly on your server at /core/includes/xml directory and then choose the "import the XML file from your server" and specify the filename similar to what you did for Tapatalk. There might be some problems with your set up when uploading files via the site.

Does Tapatalk support PHP 7+? If it does not, then it will cause errors. Currently, it is failing. You should contact Tapatalk for support.
