New install of vb5 freezes during xml processing 14 of 20. Any Help?

This is a common issue on hosting companies like GoDaddy. Wait a few minutes then in your browser's address bar change install.php to upgrade.php and hit enter. It will ask if you want to upgrade, just say yes and it will pick up where it left off. If the system hangs again after that, just hit F5 on your keyboard to restart it.Translations provided by Google.

I did a fresh install of vB5.
Admin looks good, everything appears to be there.
