    registration email goes straight to spam for yahoo, gmail, hotmail

    i got my SSL/TLS setting from godaddy so im ready to fix this
    but when i goto ACP -> settings -> email options
    there is nowhere i can input my details.
    what am i missing?
    sorry to keep asking questions but i appreciate the help. im on vcloud btw

    I'm a bit confused here.
    Your cloud account includes SSL already, even so it won't make any difference to email delivery.

    Unfortunately if emails are being blocked by the provider it's possible your domain is being blocked by those providers. There isn't anything vBulletin can do about this.

      registration email where new members click link to verify email goes straight into SPAM or doesn't even arrive at all.

      please any suggestion will help. should i contact gmail and explain the situation?
      im certain this has come up with other people, infact there are few other threads with exact same issue.

      can i change ssl and use the one from godaddy becauses thats what wayne suggest in his other posts.

      i cant just walk away or forget about it jesus
