How Can I add members to a specific channel?

I'm not really sure what you mean....by default members can post in any channel as long as their usergroup has permission to do so.

For forums and articles, you would create a usergroup. Add the users to that usergroup and set the channel permissions properly.

In Blogs and Groups, only the Owners of the channel can invite others to join. They can't explicitly add them.

That was access masks, this feature is not in vBulletin 5.
