    [Resolved] Creating a view only channel (i.e. vBulletin Announcements)

    I'm trying to create a view only channel, but cannot seem to get rid of the "+ New Topic" button.

    I searched the site and couldn't really find what I am looking for. I would think it is in the channel permissions based on user groups, but cant seem to find it.

      Should be "Can create new topic" to make the button disappear.
