screenshots are only seen by user that uploaded it

Good morning,

I am having issues with some image uploads. It happens rarely but it happens that screenshots are attached to this post but no user (administrator included) can't see it. The only person that can see the screenshot is the one that uploaded it. I have not been able to find any logic when this has happened. This has happened in the past with 5.0.x as well, I am currently using 5.2.4.

Any idea why this could be happening?

Please upgrade to 5.3.1. vBulletin 5.2.4 is no longer supported and there have been hundreds of issues fixed including numerous bugs surrounding attachments.
