Admins keep getting email notifications

My admins keep getting email notifications whenever a new post has been made, even though the Email Notification Option in the User CP is set to "Off, through my Message Center only". I also made sure the boxes to be notified of new posts and topics are unchecked in AdminCP -> Channel Management -> Show All Moderators.

What could be wrong?

Go to:

AdminCP > Channel Permissions > Moderator Permissions

Edit each user's permissions, scroll to the bottom of the page and set these to 'No':

Receive Email When a New Topic is Created
Receive Email When a New Post is Created
