      In your root forum folder....

      Rename
      htaccess.txt
      to
      .htaccess

Note the dot at the start.

I would suggest re-running the install. Some CSS templates are missing. The building of templates are the final steps of the install. If there was some kind of error or timeout the site might work but look like this. Did the install complete successfully? At the end would be a box with a link to go to the Admin CP.

If you still have issue open a support ticket in the Member's Area. Include your forum admin username and password in the sensitive data box.

            Thanks Joe
I ended up re running the install like you said. Everything worked and looked good. The only problem I have now is when I try to delete a forum in the manager I get this error....
            Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /forum/admincp/forum.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could you post a screenshot of this "Not Acceptable" page, I need to determine if it's being generated by VB5 or your server.

If you're on a windows computer you can hit the Print-Screen button while the page is up, then go to http://imgur.com , click New Post on top, press CTRL+V on the keyboard, and it should paste in your screenshot. There are some edit tools if you need to crop or black out any parts of the image for privacy. When done there will be a drop down in the top right of the image, click it to get the Share Links, then copy the Forum BB Code and paste it into a post. Or any other means you know of for posting a screenshot. (attaching an image to the post for example.)

I do suspect it is server generated so it is probably some server security configuration issue, but wouldn't hurt to be sure.

                  Thanks
