Is there a pre-installed English lang. on German version of vB 5.3

I want to install vBulletin 5.3 with German language, but I'd like to have on the forum several language's, including English, so the question - whether in German version vB is pre-installed English language? Or I have to upload English apart to my forum?

English is installed on all versions. When you choose to download the package with an additional language, like German, the only difference is that the additional language is made the default language on install or upgrade. You can install multiple other languages, if available, as well and users can select from those languages and choose their own default.
