Some registered users unable to post.

I have a select few registered users who can't post due to this reason: "missing human verification information" They couldn't have gotten registered without crossing that step. I am using image verification using all options except "random shapes". When I look at these users' profiles everything looks fine so I can't figure it out. They are both using gmail accounts, which many others use with no issues.

Any suggestions on what i could try? Thanks

That means they are getting logged out while trying to write their post. They should click the "Remember Me" box if they are going to take longer than 15 minutes per page load.
