Is there a means to reserve the first x memberships?

Is there a way in which I can hold back the first x (e.g. 100) member profiles withOUT manually registering (either really or via ACP) yourself?

VB 5.4.1 - PHP 7..2.4 - MySQL 5.5.56
No Addons - none at all.
