[Server Config] how to change url

i'm using forum 10.0.120.63/forum and server ip is changed to 10.0.120.65
so i changed baseurl in core/includes/config.php to 10.0.120.65/forum and admincp->settings->option->name/url-> URL:10.0.120.65/forum

but when i go to 10.0.120.65/forum, images, links(e.g login.php) and posts are broken and redirecting 10.0.120.63/forum/~~ old address

what should i do change url?

You shouldn't be editing these values. You change the vBulletin URL by changing the three URL values in the AdminCP.
