    User location

I have asked about this a while back, there's been a fair few updates since, so going to ask again. Yes I also searched the forum for answers but all of the threads were dated.

Is it possible to display user location under the profile image on forum threads yet? (Without having to modify code, just looking for a setting, tick box or whatever).
I run a gardening forum and constantly see people asking where they are from, where they are based, letting people know where they are from and such. Would be a huge advantage to be able to simply show it.

You would still have to modify the template to add this. There are instructions on vBulletin.org to do this.

I did create a JIRA to allow for these fields to be added with a checkbox selection here: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-14341

It hasn't received a lot of votes and hasn't been implemented yet.

You can do this with a pretty straightforward template hook.
      There's a guide here:
      https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...rinfo-template

Or it's available as a free ready-to-use modification from Glenn's site:
      https://vbmods.rocks/forum/vbulletin...lds-in-postbit

Technically we don't support modified sites but this is so straightforward, and uses default vBulletin 5 functionality to achieve it, it's just a template hook.
