B-Meter now showing anything

Hi,

below the profile picture and usertitle there is a b-meter (Renommee / Reputation) which for some reason is not working. Does any one have an idea how to get it work?
I am running VB 5.2.6, but no matter how active a user is, everybody has the same meter which is empty.

Actually I found that the settings had values that only after for example 1000 post, there will be 1 point. So none of the user reached any level with more then 50 points.

In the maintainance section there is an option to calculate the points again. But somehow when I am doing it, it is still using the old values from the setting, could it be that they are still somewhere in the cache? Any idea how to set it so that the new values are beeing used for the calculation?
