This site claims to offer 'supported' mods for Vbulletin but I'm trying to find if there is a page or list somewhere on vBulletin that actually shows endorsed or official mod sites? https://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=232684

vBulletin does not officially support any third-party mods. The support should come from third-party devs themselves. vBulletin usually refers people to vbulletin org but they don't really provide support to mods. -
Btw, the mod you linked to is for vB4, so supported or not, you cannot run it on vBulletin 5.Baby, I was born this wayComment

vbulletin.org may be run by vbulletin, however, vbulletin will not support any of the modifications on vbulletin.org. It is up to the developers who share their modifications to support them *if* they mark the modification as supported.
Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.
