Sitebuilder Static HTML using the Wysiwyg editor instead of a textbox

I searched the template thinking this would be easy to setup but I noticed in the template there was nothing, and that its got to be calling something but I haven't figured that part out yet as my javascript is not up to par. Is there a way we can make it that if its the html widget, instead of the textbox it will load the wysiwyg editor.

It will require custom coding to integrate CKEditor to the HTML widget. You might want to submit an enhancement request in JIRA.

What you can do for now is to use a WYSIWYG editor outside vB and then paste the HTML (the ones inside the body tags) into the HTML widget.
