If you just upgraded now, most of them will have old cookies and such. Get them to press CTRL+F5. Also try clearing system cache in maintenance under admincp. -

Hold the CTRL key, and then press the F5 Key.
This will force their browser to update.

He's basically talking about doing a Force Refresh of your forum page. Their browser may have cached some of the files that have been changed in the upgrade. So, doing a Force Refresh of their browser when they get to your forum page will force the browser to grab all new files from the site.

by Flash04jvWe can get to our site, but the layout is all over the place. The Account Management update says 'all cloud sites are now operational'. I would not call what I see operational.
