Uninstall the add-on in the first instance, to restore your functionality.

Then contact the add-on author for support with the actual issue.

Have you removed all its files as well as uninstalling it?

You should always run the latest version of vB5, however upgrading a broken site usually results in an upgraded, but still broken, site. You should try and fix this first.

Have you done as I mentioned and removed all the add-on files?
If so, run /admincp/index.php?do=buildbitfields in the browser bar.

The link didn't run, error 500 or unreachable DNS.

I've got new forum, maybe it makes sense to delete the forum and reinstall the forum anew?

Please follow our instructions. Deleting everything and starting again isn't the way.

Unreachable DNS is nothing to do with any addon. 500 is a server error. You should check the error logs for what is showing up there.

That's something your hosts will need to help with.

We need to know what the server error is from the logs, otherwise we are just guessing.

You need to check the error logs for times when you have experienced the error.
