I sent out a mass email to my members lon 11/29/16. Everyone is still receiving the emails . Must be 6-8 by now. Why is this, How do I fix it? Its never happened before. www.osras.org

If you go to your admincp, what does it list for the "Number of Queued E-Mails"?
What do you have set for AdminCP > Settings > Options > Email Options > Number of Emails to Send Per Batch?

The sent per batch is only 20....but I added locking maybe that will help
