cant upload header image

i can't upload my header logo:

how can i find out what the problem is?

my header logo is 800x98 and 59kb and a .jpeg

Why would you be using a jpeg? They are not transparent. Also, the extension says it is a .png file.

You should upload the image to the images/misc folder.

Ideally, it would be named vbulletin5_logo.png but should you choose to use another name you would need to edit the path in the admincp.

Issue there is it's a jpeg but has a .png extension...that will always fail the internal upload.

Will work with the titleimage stylevar as noted, but you can't be certain every browser will display it correctly due to the extension not matching. Best to edit the image and save it with the correct extension and use that.
