How to create and change URL for Second Parent Channel?

I'm having issues with changing the url for our forum.
When we first made it, the Channel right under homepage was named Game of Dice, but we would like to change it to Joycity(same as the Channel Name)

How can I change this? I tried checking the admin page but it seems like I'm having a hard time finding it.



Also, I was wondering how I'd be able to create a new Channel right under Homepage.
Is there a way I can make it like the top Joycity under Forums?

This is currently how my page for adding new forum shows up.

The first query - edit that page in Site Builder, press Save without changing anything, and you have an option there to edit the channel's URL.

The second query - not sure if I've understood correctly, but you can only create a channel below a parent channel...I'm guessing you renamed the 'forum' channel to 'm', so any further channels (categories or forums) would always sit under there.
