Some topics loose ability to 'go to last post'

    Hi,

It happens when topic gets bigger ,but not for all of them.
When you press 'go to last post' button it sends you do page 40 of 41 instead to the last post.

    What could be the reason?

I have Suhosin on managed dedicated server. Can this be the issue?

How big is a big topic?

I don't see Suhosin causing a problem here unless for some reason the max number of submitted variables exceeds the recommended 2048. That shouldn't happen on a display page.

Biggest topics have 40-70 pages, some of them are affected, but it also happens on small topic 10+. We have 25 posts per page.
Every day I have to use general update tools for topics.

Also I get couple database errors every day. Maybe this is connected somehow? 917 emails errors in 3 months o_0

Our website runs has SSL certificate. Maybe that is the problem?

        Example Database error:

        Database error in vBulletin 5.2.4:

        Invalid SQL:
        /** saveDbCache */ DELETE FROM vb_cacheevent WHERE (cacheid = 'vB_UserPerms135' AND event = 'perms_changed') OR

Please delete your system cache in the AdminCP under Maintenance.

Make sure the cache and cacheevents tables use the INNODB engine.

System cache clearance I do on daily basis. Sometimes it helps sometimes it does not.
So I use all tools I have there and that sorts out 80% of issues with new and last post, but it is frustrating doing this so often.
Cheevents tables use the INNODB engine - I know nothing about that.

Can you provide direct links to the topics with the problems?

Looks like you need to provide login information as well.

The problem still exists and users are bit annoyed by that. It occurs on daily basis in different topics.

Solution is to manually in admin panel, use option Delete Orphan Topics.

I have to do it every day, or even twice a day. Any idea what is the problem here?

No. This isn't a problem I can recreate with a default installation. We would need a JIRA created and a copy of your database so we can try to recreate the issue in order to solve it.
