Internet Explorer & Subscription Payments

Users cannot pay for a subscription when using Internet Explorer.

They select the subscription that they want, but when PayPal should appear, the values are all 'undefined'.

This happens on the standard skin and only with IE.

This is a pretty big issue for us, any idea what's happening?

What version of IE is being used? Old versions are no longer supported, specifically IE8 and IE9.
Also they need to ensure they aren't running IE in compatibility mode.

IE11, I can replicate it on my up-to-date IE.

Just bringing this up again, another customer has the same issue.

This is an issue in the custom dropdown jQuery plugin that vB5 is using to replace <select> controls. That plugin doesn't seem to work in IE when a dropdown has option group which the Paid Subscription is using.

Sorry for the delay - thanks so much for looking at this and finding what the issue is.

Mark.B is there any way we could patch this?

It's a pretty fundamental error for my client's membership base - and it's costing them memberships as people give up.

I can't personally patch anything - I'm not a programmer.
