    Login and Edit Site Button

    Hi,

When I try to click edit site, to turn the sitebuilder on my main page (which is also my forum page), it does not turn on. Any other page it works as it should.
    VB 5.2.2
    PHP 7.0.3
    Default VB 5 Style
    Browser Chrome

It works on occasion. If I click on any other page, I can get it to come up, but it goes back off when I click the forum (home page).

When I use Internet Explorer when I try to turn on Edit Site, it populates with an error message that reads "error error_information_x"

Even worse, when I use Firefox, members cannot even login. Screenshot including error message attached.

I had read where lifespeed can be an issue, but my host says they are not using litespeed but apache. However when I pull up the info in my admin site under view php info, it shows under "Server API" "LiteSpeed V6.9"

Any ideas on what I can do to fix these issues?

Clear you browser cookies and cache, then restart your browser. A corrupt cookie or cache can cause this.

Are you referring to the site builder problem or the member login problem?

Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue. Now Chrome is also giving me the error message when I try to login. See attached. Any other ideas?

I would get the site upgraded to 5.2.3 at this point.

FYI: I just did a FRESH INSTALLATION to 5.2.3 and got this error immediately after installation.
I cannot click Quick Setup on Front Page or turn on the Edit Site switch.

            I get this error popup:
            error_information_x
