Ignore Lists Resetting?

However, it a template edit calls data, changes the data, breaks the data, and the form is saved then it will kill what is stored in the database. Personally, I don't think data should be retrieved, modified, and set inside templates but that is a completely different discussion.Translations provided by Google.

Just trying to troubleshoot. If the user doesn't want to answer the questions we provide in order to understand the problem then we can't solve the problem.

Are they actually resetting (the box is empty after the page reloads) or just being ignored?
The latter is this bug: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-17030Translations provided by Google.

By the way, you could check for ignored users in the database with the following query:
Code:select userid as user, relationid as ignoring from [prefix]userlist where type = 'ignore' order by userid

The user did confirm that his ignore list is being emptied entirely, but it happens after a day or two. He logs in multiple times a day so the ignore list sticks for a while, then after a day or two it's wiped. I'll pop into mysql and see if I can see anything interesting.Comment

Ok I ran the query provided by @delicjous, but for that one specific user's userid. Looks like he currently has 7 people in the list. I asked him to leave it empty next time it happens so that I can confirm they are being cleared from the database (and this isn't just some weird CSS problem or something).

Plot thickens: The userid returns records when I run the above query, but he says he sees nothing in his list. So I asked him to try in another browser so he tried in the big 3 and all were empty.
So ... either the above query doesnt return the list as expected, or the query used by vb5 has an issue (assumes the above query is accurate), or the app code that utilizes the results of the query is buggy (assumes the results of the above query is accurate).
I will troubleshoot further when I am on a computer and not a mobile.Comment

by OoreHello,
I have just reproduced an issue on this forum regarding the ignore list.
First I have added a random user to my ignore list, saved the setting and went back to the forum....-
