Purge post edit history

The manual for VB5 may need updating.

It says to go to 'Threads & Posts' > 'Prune post edit history'

However, no such area 'seems' to exist in the ACP for vB5.

What I did discover, however, was:

Options > Message Posting & Editing Options > Post Edit History

But even here I can't find a prune function. My DB has become quite large so I'd like to purge the post edit history to reduce the size, if only marginally.

Has the prune/purge function been removed?

You can truncate the postedithistory table directly in the database. It will have no affect on the actual display of your content. Clicking on the link afterwards will probably result in a not found error though.
