Why is it some posts have the ability to comment (located near the edit, quote, flag, like, area), and some don't?

There is also a Channel Permission that can be set for each usergroup in different channels. So an Admin can allow people to comment in one Channel but not another. Blogs, Articles, and Social groups only allow comments.Translations provided by Google.
