How do I access my previously uploaded attachments?

All I can seem to do is either upload new ones from the client computer or extract from a URL.

I used to be able to open a floating window with all my attachments listed.

ETA: If it's the new "posted photos" album... that's great, but it doesn't a) seem to account for other uploaded content such as zip files or the like and b) doesn't seem to have any means to reuse the content, unlike the old (vb3x vb4x) attachment manager. So, how do I reuse them if they're supposed to replace the old attachment manager?

In vBulletin 4, you used to be able to see previous attachments in the Asset Manager. This feature doesn't exist in vB5, there is no built in way to see previous attachments other than in the posts themselves.
