"Enter the cost information for subscription"

    Hello!

I'm adding 2 different prices for a subscription - one price for 1 year, another price for 2 years.

I can add the first price fine, but even when I put all the values in for the second price, it just keeps showing "Enter the cost information for subscription" every time I try to submit.

I already have another active subscription available for different user groups and that allowed me to add 2 prices absolutely fine.

How can I get a second price into it?

Did you try creating a second subscription for the 2 year subscription?

That will work, but I don't want a separate subscription for it - I just need a secondary price option. I have a few subscription options at the moment, so don't really want to complicate things.
I've tried deleting the subscription and adding it again, no luck?

Any solution to this? I need to add multiple prices per subscription. I already have 12 different possible subscriptions, I don't want to have to have 24 for people to choose from just to be able to cover the error? Thanks!

I am sorry, I don't have a solution at this time. See this issue: http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-9217

I can try to have the issue escalated but there is no known workaround at this time.

I had the same problem... until I found out the solution (which works for me) coincidentally:

When adding a paid subscription with 2 different amounts/prices .. just add the currency for the first price, not the second one. Just leave the field for the currency empty. Only enter this information for the first price. Then go and "save" and the currency will automatically be added (the same like first one).

It should be resolved in 5.3.3 according to the JIRA - http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBV-9217
