VB5 https secure issue - change url to http via phpmyadmin sql database

Ok so we installed a SSL certificate on our server and decided to go into Admincp in the back end of vbulletin in the Site Name / URL / Contact Details section and changed both instances of http to https. the settings saved and there is an issue with the https on our server. Before we go to fix the https issues, we want to change both instances back to http, but vbulletin wont allow us to get back into the Site Name / URL / Contact Details section anymore.

Is there a way to changed these values back to http:// via phpmyadmin in the database?

Any help is greatly appreciated!
