How to disable upload of attachments?

Hi,

I want to disable the upload of attachments (files, images, videos) via "tool bar" and via "bb advanced editor", but I can't find the option on admincp.
Is there a way of removing those options for specific groups? In case is not possible to specific groups, can I remove them to all groups?

The only I succeeded removing was the option "share photos", I removed it though "Admincp -> Usergroup -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup -> then I set 'Can Upload Attachments' to 'no' ".

In AdminCP / Settings / Options / Message Attachment Options

Set Limit Space Taken Up By Attachments (Total) to 1

Set Attachment Upload Inputs to 0

Set Attachment URL Inputs to 0

Try going into the AdminCP Attachment Permissions Manager and checking "Deny All" for each type.

I will kind of give up on that, even when I try to change those permissions, I get the message

That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message.
