Counter Views for Attachment File Is Wrong

All Counter Views for Attachment files In my Forum is (1 view) !

please help me

What do you have set for AdminCP > Settings > Options > Server Settings > Update Attachment Views Immediately ? and have you disabled any Scheduled Tasks - admincp > Scheduled Tasks > Scheduled Task Manager - are any crossed out? Do you have a valid email entered into your config.php file to receive database messages? And have you received any database messages?

Yes

Yes, Only (BirthDay) And (RSS) It's False

Yes, I have, But I have Not Any message.

Did they used to be correct or did they suddenly all go to 1? If they all say 1 in the database, and you don't want to start from a backup database, then you are going to have to start over from 1.

You may want to try setting Update Attachment Views Immediately to No and see if doing it as a Scheduled Task will get the counters to start working.

Did you try my suggestion?

You may want to try setting Update Attachment Views Immediately to No and see if doing it as a Scheduled Task will get the counters to start working.

Hi, I wanted to tell you that whenever I post a new post with an attachment file, it still gets 1 view without any click ! even when I changed the setting Update Views Immediately to No.

I'm having this problem too.

Neither of those settings appear to be available to me, perhaps because I'm in the Cloud.

Did they used to be correct or did they suddenly all go to 1?

AFAIK it has never worked, but we just migrated from vB3 two months ago.

I am having exactly the same issue.
One thing I dont know how to do in the above text is how to make a scheduled task for "Update attachment views". I know where to make scheduled tasks but I am not sure how to make a new one.

I downloaded the attachment 2.5 hours after you posted and nothing happende with the view counter after that. Still at one at this moment.
