Hello,
I just migrated my forum to vBulletin 5.2.0
I had to put it in a /forum directory since I was migrating.
I am now trying to transfer the forum url to the homepage (webtechsurface.com)
The problem is, when I change the forum url and move the files directly in public_html, the website won't even come up at all unless I type in "index.php".
I'm not sure why this is happening but the website will come up but only if I add index.php to the end. If I try to pull the website itself up, nothing comes up at all.
I changed the forum url, https mirror (just erased the /forum part) and also have tried changing the core directory to just /core and not "/forums/core"
When I change it to only /core, I cannot access the site unless I place the entire core directory directly into public_html. Strange behavior because the core folder is where it belongs when this happens. But it won't come up unless I take all the files from /core and place them directly in the directory.
Also like I said, index.php is the only way I can acess my site.
Let me know what I can do to get my site back online as soon as possible.
Thank you.
