Administrator dont have access

I dont have access to this areas:

/special
/special/reports
and i already check permit channel
its all alowed

I ran into this issue recently when I tried adding a new administrator. Luckily, I know there is a solution to this. I just can't remember what it is off the top of my head.

I know it's a permissions issue. Do a search for the user name in the adminCP and make sure it's set to administrator with full access. If that doesn't work I think you can go to "Administrator Permissions" under the usergroup manager. From there I think you can enable additional permissions.
