Members are unable to login in the front end of the forum.

    Hello,

I am facing a with a problem in my forum. For some reason all the members of the forum are not able to login to the forum. When they provide the username, password and hit login the login module just refreshes and comes back to the same screen. If you enter the password wrong also it does not work. Forgot password link is working.

I am able to login to the admincp and from there I am able to login to the front end.

Is the header template customised? If so, revert it.

Make sure browser cookies and cache have been cleared, and the browser restarted.

I did that and also asked some of the members and everyone is not able to login. Please advise.

Sure? This is maybe crazy but, after login, have you try to reload page? Maybe you have the same problem i've encounter time ago.
If it is, set Add No-Cache HTTP Headers to yes on adminCP.

No members, no channels created, only a fresh install with the default template

I can't login on the front page

Please keep questions to the thread you've already started as it gets confusing trying to provide support across multiple threads.
