    Hello,

      This is from a modification.

      Controller: vbdonate_core

      I'd hazard a guess and say it's this one:
      Major Additions - [DBTech] vBDonate Donations - PayPal Donate Manager v1 (vB5) vBulletin 5.x Products & Extensions


      You'd need to disable the modification to get the site working, and then speak to the authors to see if they can solve the problem.
