    Moderator permissions not obeyed

I've noticed that the Moderator permissions I've set aren't working.

For example, moderators options "Can View IP Addresses" and "Can Permanently Delete Posts" are set too "No", but they're actually able to permanently delete posts and view IP addresses.
The Moderator group is the users primary group.

What could I do to get this fixed?

What is the secondary usergroup? Maybe those permissions are set to Yes there?

Are you talking about the permissions in admincp > Channel Management > Moderator Permissions?

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

I've found out yesterday that indeed the Channel management > Moderator permissions is completely different from the moderator group permissions.

Correcting these for every moderator solved my problem, but why is there a moderators group if those group permissions don't apply?
