Help with VB 5.1.10 Install, process stops at Step 14

I am trying to install VB 5.1.10, everything works as expected until the process just stops and does nothing at Step 14. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Thanks! I was able to complete the install by reloading the page and continue the install with the upgrade process. I had to refresh a few times but eventually I got thru it.

I got this issue when on upgrading , so best way to refresh page.

Yup, keep refreshing until it steps thru all of the steps
