Moderated posts not showing up as notification?

I have same problem. Also threads that have moderated posts still show warnings about unpublished posts. Any hints someone?

Hi, I have a forum which requires posts to be moderated. However I don't get a notification at the top of the screen (i.e. the count next to "Messages") when there are messages to be moderated.

This should be made visible and also an option to send an email when there is a moderated post would be helpful,

Instead I have to manually click on "Messages" and keep checking the count next to Moderation.

Is there an option to enable a notifications when there's a moderated post??
