Transaction section, votes and reputation

I have a transaction section where people can buy and sell things. I would like to know if it´s possible to set a vote system with positive and negative votes just for this section, where people can see the reputation of users.

Yes it is possible, but it would require a mod to be written. VB5 "out of the box" won't do it. Vbulletin.org would be where to ask.
