Advanced Blog permissions

I see many options for blogging and permissions but I do not see this one, so maybe a power user could give me a tip or two on how to set this up.
I allow "registered users" to create and edit blogs.
I allow "guests" to view blogs
what I want is for "guests" to ONLY be able to view blogs from "registered users" OR
I want "previous members" blogs to NOT be public

either method would work but I would prefer the permissions for the latter as my most effective option.

There is no permission setting that would do this, sorry.
