Help! Members cant post

I have 2 members who goes to post on a thread or responds to a PM and he get this message or in the text editor box where it should say "Write something..." It is blank. He is using Windows 7 with Internet Explore 11. We have cleared his internet cache, disable all add ons and plugins and updated/disabled Java and Flash. Can anyone help me please? I am using vB 5.1.6

We ended up just resetting IE back to default settings and everything works now.
