Disregard. I had copied the entire "upload" directory to my "upload" directory creating another inside. All set.adktramping ~ my happy place.

Exact same error? Including the line number of 287?
Usually this errors are caused by missing files or incomplete files being uploaded. The recommendation is to replace the files.Translations provided by Google.

yep same thing, so I reloaded 5.1.9 again, and same thing.
