Sequence of emails is incorrect

Hello,

Vbulletin 5.1.8
AWS Linux / Apache
PHP 5.5 MySQL
No Mods Installed

Current Results:
Users are receiving "Welcome Email" before the "Registration" email.

Details:
The welcome email is being triggered by Options > Registration > Send Welcome Email.
The registration email is being triggered by a user completing the registration process.

Expected results:
Users receive the Welcome Email sent after registration is completed.

I've googled this but could not find anything.

Can you be more specific by what you mean about "Registration Email"?

The registration email is sent to users who have started the registration process on the forum. It contains a link that is used to complete registration. Is there another name for this email?

Well it is for Email Validation and an optional part of the process. The user is considered registered before this step occurs so technically the emails are sent out correctly. The only way to change the sequence would be to moderate all new registrations so they aren't actually registered until you approve them.

Hm. Maybe I just need to change what the emails say. Right now you get the one with the email validation link, then you get one that tells you to check your inbox for a registration link. Hm.
