Cant log in

Hi all
Let me first say thanks to wayne Luke for helping me out on the phone. Really appreciate it mate.

So I restored my site from the cloud tthanks to Wayne however I cannot log in from the home page.
If I go to any of the other sections I can log in. Also can not get direct access to the admincp via the admin CP URL.

Not sure what to do. Have used multiple devices and, same results.

I've resolved the issue for you. This issue was caused by accessing the site from a different URL than the ones specified in the database.

In order for us to speed up all our site getting back online, do you think we should purchase a pro install from you guys?

This will insure that the site will be working from the moment you guys install it.

Installs/Upgrades do not resolve server related issues. Your issues are due to transferring from one server to another. These would not have been resolved with a professional installation.
