Can't Add New Sub-Forums

I can't add any new sub-forums, it appears to create it, but after clicking save, it just gives me a blank page with "Forum Manager" at the top, and nothing else.

Anyone else getting this as well? Please help i already created 965 sub-forums.

Don't have a resolution at this time. How many channels and usergroups do you have currently?

I have at least 950 channels and around 250 Usergroups. Please help.
